Abstract

Wegener’s Granulomatosis is a necrotizing  granulomatouus disease affecting the upper and or lower respiratory tracts and associated with focal glomerulonephritis. Although multi-system disease, a localized from is well recognized as a distinct sub-type, with a better prognosis. We describe a case of localised tracheal Wegener’s granulamostis presenting with stridor. Otalarynogology perspectives of localized Wegener’s ganulamaotosis have been discussed.
