Annals of King Edward Medical University Lahore is an ESCI (WoS) Indexed Journal with Clavirate's Journal Citation Indicator (JCI) indexed in JCR-2022.

Articles published in the Annals of KEMU cover a wide range of fields from basic medical sciences, clinical specialties, and super-specialty areas. Articles describing original clinical or laboratory investigations, Case Reports, Public Health researches, as Analytical Cross Sectional Studies with comparative groups are always considered for publication.

However, simple descriptive (frequency-based, cross-sectional) studies without innovative themes, psychological speciality studies, and physical therapy-related frequency-based studies are determined to be submitted elsewhere.
