Abstract

Six cases of keratoacanthoma (KA) were treated successfully with intralesional methotrexate. The rapid involution and excellent cosmetic result suggests that intralesional methotrexate may play a beneficial role in the treatment of these difficult lesions in aesthetically important areas.
